M-Edge Executive Genuine Leather Kindle DX Jacket , Smooth Mocha Brown
I just replaced five 2″ thick volumes of Jeppesen approach carts with a . 5″ thick Kindle DX. The NOS charts that are clear,crisp, easy to pull up and only $[. . . ] a month from AIR[. . . ]. I also bought The Holy Bible from Amazon, it down loaded in about 10 seconds. I plan on buying more. I found out that I can get a pdf version of the Beech King Air Pilots Operating Handbook and put it on my Kindle also.
I recommend a sturdy leather case and LED light for use in a plane. The screen is glass so you need to be a little careful. So far I have found nothing to complain about. I looked at the smaller Kindle with approach charts on them and they are still useable and readable but I had to strain a bit to read the fine print.

I ‘birthdayed’ myself and got a 6″ Kindle Global. After receiving it, I knew right away that I needed a cover for my travels and simply for personal preference. I ordered the red and I wasn’t disappointed! It’s a beautiful cover, it adds a little more of a ‘book’ feel (it actually looks like a journal when closed!), and the texture is awesome.
Now, I love my Kindle AND my Kindle cover. I plan on ordering the clip-on light soon, but even without it I don’t find this cover too bulky. I get many compliments on both the Kindle and the cover. This product is well worth the money.

The M-Edge is bulkier & heavier to carry than the original jacket I had & more difficult to use because it’s flap does’nt open & fald back out of the way. I like being able to store items for writing plus cards. It looks great & feels great to the touch. I give it three & 1/2 stars’ I absolutely love my DX & your customer service & financial fiarness is the best I know of. I’ve become one “sold” customer for Amazon! My compliments to your customer service department people & to a great product team.

The pictures of this M-Edge Executive leather jacket do NOT do it justice! I am extremely pleased with everything about it. The leather is smooth and soft; the color is just perfect; the workmanship is gorgeous; everything one would expect, and be proud to carry around. I use my Kindle DX every day, and from what I’ve already put this leather jacket through, I do expect that it will last for a very VERY long time. I couldn’t be happier.

The M-Edge leather jacket for the Kindle DX is well made of quality leather with a good feel and great workmanship. I have had mine for almost 3 months and have been more than satisfied with it. To spend the type of money one does for the Kindle it only makes sense to want to and need to protect that investment. The leather jacket holds the Kindle securely and anyone knows who has handled the Kindle – the smooth surface makes it ever so easy to slip out of your hands – the leather is easy to the touch but yet keeps the kindle in your hand secure and does provide a level of safety if it is dropped.
